Veon Sağlık Turizm ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. began operating in 2022. The company was founded by Veysel Gerdan and Onur Akdoğan, who had spent many years working across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, including senior roles at international companies.
Veon started with a simple idea: patients planning treatment abroad need more than a clinic: they need a clear and well-organised journey to treatment.
That is why our role goes beyond booking. We coordinate the process from your first enquiry and preliminary assessment to travel planning, treatment in Istanbul and communication after you return home.
Our approach is simple: the right treatment starts with the right clinic, the right specialist and a clear plan.
We do not select a clinic simply because it offers the lowest price. We consider the clinic, medical team, relevant authorisations and suitability for the treatment before presenting an option to the patient.
Different treatments require different expertise. We coordinate each case with a clinic and specialist whose field of practice is relevant to the treatment being considered.
Before you make travel arrangements, you receive a preliminary treatment plan, expected timeline and estimated cost based on the information available at that stage. The final treatment plan is confirmed by the treating medical professional following the required examination and diagnostics.
Our coordination does not end when you leave Istanbul. Your coordinator remains your point of contact and can communicate your questions to the clinic when follow-up is required.
We coordinate treatment with partner healthcare providers whose services and expertise are relevant to the patient's individual treatment needs.
