Patient information
What to expect when you travel for treatment, and what we ask of you.

Draft for legal review. The clauses marked below need Veon Health's data-protection counsel to confirm before publication: retention periods, the lawful basis relied on for each purpose, the transfer mechanism for data sent outside the UK/EEA, and the named processors.
Before you travel
Your coordinator confirms the treatment plan, the total price and the clinic before you book anything. Tell us about existing conditions, medication, allergies and previous surgery: the clinic needs these to assess whether a procedure is safe for you.
Consent
You will be asked to give written consent at the clinic before any procedure. Consent covers the procedure itself and, separately, whether your photographs may be published. Photographic consent is optional and can be declined without affecting your treatment.
About results
Outcomes vary from person to person and depend on individual factors including anatomy, healing and aftercare. Before-and-after cases shown on this site are real patients published with their written consent; they illustrate what is possible, not what is guaranteed.
Aftercare and follow-up
You leave with written aftercare instructions and a point of contact. Your coordinator stays reachable after you return home, and the clinic reviews your progress during the follow-up period agreed in your plan.
If something goes wrong
Contact your coordinator first: most issues are resolved fastest that way. If you are not satisfied with the response, write to info@veonhealth.com.
