Who we are
Veon Sağlık Turizm ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“Veon Health”), Istanbul, Türkiye, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@veonhealth.com.
What we collect

- The procedure or treatment you are asking about, and the concern you selected
- Where you are travelling from, and when you are considering treatment, where the form asks

Why we use it
We use your data to:

- stay in contact during aftercare and follow-up
International transfers
Veon Health operates from Türkiye, and treatment takes place in Türkiye. If you contact us from the UK, the EEA or elsewhere, your data is transferred to Türkiye.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and, where you go ahead with treatment, for the follow-up period and any period required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to info@veonhealth.com and we will respond.
