What to send with your first message
You do not need to prepare anything special. Simply tell us what treatment you are considering or what is concerning you. If you already have any of the following, it can help the clinic make a more informed preliminary assessment:
- The treatment you are considering, or what is concerning you
- A few recent photos, where relevant
- Any available X-rays, scans, test results or medical reports
- When you are approximately planning to travel

Your coordinator will collect the relevant information and send it to the appropriate partner clinic for preliminary assessment.
